Hi, I was at Kent School 1975 to 1979, and I was a boarder in 1978/79. I'm looking for David Grant, Mangrove, Paul Wafer, Wilfred, Glen, Owen, Alison Duffy, Jane Cummins and any others from that time - Thanks!

Am sure we met at Duesseldorf airport flying to England at Easter 1979 (6th April ). I was at WBS, Hamm at the time but you recognised me as having gone to Kent before.
I think you also knew Kevin Wilson from Kent who was also at WBS for the 4th/5th year. I was going to Blandford and I believe you were going to Hounslow.

Hi Steve, I'm sorry I don't remember you but that was definately me, yes I flew back to uk for easter that year and yes I moved to Hounslow and am still in the area. Thanks for replying, send me a pic of yourself if you can. Were you a boarder? Who did you used to hang around with? Do you know any of my other mates?

steve just how much information and detail you store in your head is amazing are you any good at pub quiz's (is that spelt right?)

Yeh Tony I'm absolutely amazed that Steve remembered all that after 30 years!

I am brilliant at pub quizzes BUT I can't answer questions on TV programs and UK celebrities. I have never seen a Premier league game and stopped watching cricket in 1990 when I left the UK.
I remember the flight, it was with Channel Island airways, we went to the crappy RMT terminal after driving past all the nice glass airline buildings (Pan Am and BRaniff International buildings looked very samrt). We got taken to the propeller powered aircraft in a green tin can guided by some really fat WRAC. I ate a whole packet of Jaffa cakes on arrival as I skipped breakfast at WBS. John "Animal" Garnett from WBS was also on the flight.

My parents drove in from Blandford and were 4 hours late picking me up. I was really worried as hadn't travelled on my own before and called up all my relatives to see if they had heard anything.
Wasn't a good holiday really as my girlfriend from WGS dumped me the week before and after unpacking my case, my Mum threw out my disco shirt!

I finished (fifth year) in 1979, the last few months boarding. I should remember you, but I can't recall the face? were you a fifth former in 79? If so we would have been in the same corridor in Deal.
