I've had some awful experiences with them and would hate for any fellow Kenties to experience what I went through. All I got in return was a "complaint's number", not even an apology. You may as well just pay for your basic bucket shop cheap charter, at least then you'll get the service you pay for!

I can recommend Singapore Airlines for long haul. I've been on 4 different flights with them this year and each and every one was excellent (although the one with 7 babies was a bit noisy)
