Hi Grant, Ian Williamson I think is one of the brothers of Bev Williamson who was my friend and I knew her younger sister Tracey. There was an older brother called Gary and another sister. I dont remember Hebblerstrasse or the Spar to be honest. I used to walk to the Bahnhof (train station) to buy ice cream from the little kiosk in there. I also went to the youth club in the barracks (15 BOD /COD) .

Hi Susan you are right about the other Williamson family we were close friends with them. Ian came to visit us in Birmingham in the late 70's they settled back in Hull when their dad came out.
You may have known my sister Helena she used to hang out with the girls. Your road crossed ours at a t junction going towards the road to the main shopping area you can see it on google maps you can still see our old houses on it, brought back memories of years ago.

Hi Grant. Remember you and your family very well. I "babysat you a few times. By the way we moved to North Weald in Essex not Hull when Dad left the army. I joined the family in Beverley, East Yorks when a relationship I had with an Essex girl went south lol. I love this Kent site. It has brought back such great memories of our 5 years in Viersen. We had the Broadbents come visit us in Beverley many years ago. I stayed with my mate Ian Coltman who lived in Krefeld before moving to Wimbledon Park in London. He was a copper with the Met Police. We went to visit the Browns who lived in Bristol when on our way for a holiday in Cornwall. Hope u see this and you are doing well.
