hey I have hit the chat nights the last two or three tuesdays and there had been no one there, is any one else finding this ...
or am I the only sad Kentie on a Tuesday night at 9pm looking to chat xxx

Same here - I never seem to catch anyone on the chat rooms these days. I also came to the conclusion that I was the only one left in the world!
I will log on tuesday and see if anyone is there (about 9.30)

It seems we all log in occasionally and seem to miss each other.. i sometimes catch up with Dawn but more often than not end up talking to myself for a while to stay logged in!
Looks like it'll be a girly night in then.. bring a bottle!!

I'm really sorry I couldn't make it. I was having terrible trouble witht he computer. The strong winds were (aparently) responsible for the loss of signal so I couldn't get the stupid thing to connect. When I eventually did get on it kept crashing anyway! so - who may be around on Friday?

Forgive me, for I have sinned... I worked late, crawled home at 8pm, went straight upstairs and eased myself into a hot bath full of Little Miss Sunshine bubbles thoughtfully run by Brummy (I'm still waiting to see what he's after), accompanied by a book and a glass of pop, and completely forgot what night it was. Soz. 2/10 for me, will try harder next week.

No electric .... so early night that is what you get for living in the country ... will try again next Tuesday pleased you got a bit of a chat going .... Sarah xx

I can understand you having no electricity - but why didn't you use some candles?

Can you get batteries in a candle?

Jane.. how can you be so naive?
One large candle.. Slot plug from compter at base of candle.. then light candle at arms length.. (safety first!!) The heat from the burning candle produces enough power to the monitor, computer tower and even the keyboard.. unless you are telekenetic! A smaller candle maybe used for a lap top if no churches are ready to give up their supply!
Back in my day as a lass my dad teased me when out in the fields on manouvers he pluged the shaver into a tree that lightening had hit and hey presto.. one electric shaver!
It all makes sense now... NOT!!!!

It's true - if you hammer two nails into a tree and then touch the plug of the razor to the nails then the razor will work - I've seen it - I know it works!

well i tried to get the batteries in the candle - it didn't vibrate at all! LOL

Try lighting it - it jumps about then!!!
