Apologies for lack of info here. I been busy studying and on holiday. Is a Friday night okay for people? I'm looking for a venue which is tricky as I am not in the Swindon area so hopefully Internet will help there.
There's a Holiday Inn Express in Swindon centre and at M4 Junction 16. Also a Premier Travel at J16 and a Hilton too .
Hopefully more info at the end of next week.

Looking for £55 per room at the moment. Better than the platic delights of Holiday Inn I feel.
I'll scout about the area for drinking holes nearer the time.

the hotel blurb says that as well as a bar and restaurent there is a nightclub. However as its in Swindon old town there should be pleanty to do if anyone wants to go out. For shopping there is a McAurther Glenn shopping outlet nearby too.
Put Steve and I down for a double room Phil. I hope lots of you can make it.

I booked my room this afternoon. I'll try and get away by lunchtime but will need to sort the usual Friday c**p out from the desk first and then hopefully avoid the A34 traffic southbound.

Plan to book a table in Connies chinese restaurant in Devizes Road. Unless you know a better venue for a meal Sean?
